600MW超临界汽轮机高压加热器泄漏原因分析

摘要: 600MW超临界机组投入商业运行后,高压加热器出现了管系泄漏。分析了高压加热器漏泄的各种因素,指出管系的高温腐蚀和热冲击是造成高压加热器泄漏的主要原因。针对运行中监视维护、高压加热器启停操作等方面的问题,提出了解决方案和预防措施,有效地防止了高压加热器的泄漏,确保了高压加热器的安全稳定及经济运行。

Abstract: After the 600MW supercritical unit was put into commercial operation, the leakage was occurred in high pressure heater pipeline. Various factors, which may causing leakage of high pressure heater, were analyzed, and it was pointed out that the main reasons are the high temperature corrosion and the thermal shock of the pipelines. Aiming at the problems existed in supervision and maintenance in operation and the startup and shutdown of the high pressure heater, the solving scheme and preventive measures were put forward. The leakage of the high pressure heater was prevented effectively, and safe, stable and economical operation of the high pressure heater was ensured.
