摘要: 汽轮机汽封技术发展的多元化,使发电厂在进行汽轮机组节能改造时面临如何进行各种汽封选择的问题。根据汽轮机各种运行状态下转轴径向运动的特点,分析了汽轮机组2种状态下汽封安全间隙和经济间隙的变化规律,提出了各种汽封的分类方法,为发电厂汽轮机组进行汽封改造提供比较科学、合理的参考标准和基本原则。

Abstract: Due to diversification of technical development of steam turbine seal, when a power plant try reform its steam turbine for energy conservation, it is faced with a question: how to select various seals. According to the characteristics of the radial motion of turbine shaft under various conditions, the variation laws of seal safety gap and economical gap of steam turbine in two conditions were analyzed, and the classifying method of various gland seal was proposed, which provides more scientific and rational reference standard and basic principle for steam turbine seal reformation in power plants.
