摘要: 针对华能平凉发电有限责任公司一期4×300MW机组锅炉原送风量测量装置经常出现被灰尘堵塞的状况,对送风量测量装置进行了技术改造,采用多点插入式自清灰风量测量装置,提高了测量精度,保证了机组保护装置的安全性、可靠性和锅炉运行的经济性。

Abstract: The original air flow measuring devices of 4×300MW unit boiler of Huaneng Pingliang Power Generation Corporation Limited. Project phase I were blocked by dust frequently. In order to eliminate the blockage fault, the technical reformation for the air flow measuring devices was carried out, and the multipoints plugin type dust selfcleaning air flow measuring device was adopted. The measurement accuracy was enhanced; the security and reliability of the unit protection equipment and the economical efficiency of boiler operation were ensured.
