以山西兴能发电有限责任公司二期2×600MW直接空冷机组为例,分析了凝结水精处理混床运行周期短、制水量少、树脂再生频繁的问题,从混床进水水质、再生剂纯度、

给水加氨量及失效树脂的输送等方面查找原因,提出了相应的改进措施。实践证明,改进效果明显。

Abstract:

Some problems, such as the short operation cycle, the small amount of the prepared water, the frequent regeneration of the resin and others, existed

in the mixed bed for condensed water fine treatment of the 2×600MW direct air cooled unit of the Shanxi Xingneng Power Generation Company Limited project

phase II. The reasons of the problems were found from several aspects, which include the quality of the mixed bed input water, the purity of the regenerating

agent, the amount of the ammonia added into the feed water and the conveying of the exhausted resin. The improvement measures were proposed, and the practice

shows that the effects of the measures are favorable.
