抗燃油滤油机故障原因分析

摘要:

介绍了真空滤油机的工作原理,对广东大唐国际潮州发电有限责任公司抗燃油真空滤油机频繁出现故障的原因进行了分析,得出滤油机故障的主要原因是温度较低导致抗燃

油黏度增大。抗燃油的黏度、温度特性对系统设备的影响较大,运行人员应根据现场环境温度适时对油温进行调节,以保证系统设备处于最佳工作状态。

Abstract:

The working principle of the vacuum oil filter was introduced. The reason of frequent fault of vacuum fireresistant oil filter in Guangdong Datang

International Chaozhou Power Generation Company Limited was analyzed.The main reason of the oil filter fault was determined that the lower temperature of the

fireresistant oil, which causes the viscosity of the fireresistant oil to increase. The viscositytemperature characteristics of the fireresistant oil

can influence on the system equipments more greatly,and the operators must adjust the oil temperature in accordance with the site environmental temperature

to ensure the system equipments to operate in best working state.
