摘要：

华电国际邹县发电厂 #3锅炉排烟温度过高，对机组经济运行产生了较大影响，而且不能满足目前节能降耗的要求。结合设备实际情况，分析了锅炉排烟温度过高的原因并

制订了优化方案。优化方案实施后，降低了锅炉排烟温度，为同类型机组的节能优化积累了经验。

关键词: 锅炉, 排烟温度高, 原因分析, 优化方案

Abstract:

The outlet gas temperature of boiler No.3 of Zouxian Power Plant was too high, which influenced on the economic efficiency of the unit greatly and

led to that the unit can not meet the current requirements of lowering energy consumption. Combing with the actual equipment, the reasons of the higher

outlet gas temperature of the boiler were analyzed, and the optimization scheme was formulated. After the optimization scheme had been implemented, the

outlet gas temperature of the boiler reduced. The result of this paper provides experience for energysaving optimization of similar units.

