积灰对直接空冷凝汽器性能影响的分析

摘要: 分析了直接空冷凝汽器的工作特性,以2个单元为模型(一个单元翅片管表面积灰,另一个单元保持洁净状态),通过理论计算,得出了空冷岛局部积灰后空冷凝汽器各区域相关参数的变化规律。结果表明,直接空冷凝汽器在发生局部积灰以后,积灰区域承担的有效散热量减少,凝结蒸汽量降低,洁净单元所承担的散热量、凝结蒸汽量随着积灰单元积灰的增加而逐渐增大,空气温升也显著升高。

Abstract: The operating characteristics of the direct aircooled steam condenser were analyzed. Taking two units as examples (there is ash deposition in the fin tube's face of one unit, and the other unit is clean.), the variation law of the parameters of each area of the aircooled condenser with ash deposition in partial area was obtained by theoretic calculation.The results show that the effective heat radiation of the direct aircooled condenser with ash deposition is decreased, and the amount of the condensed steam is also decreased. Along with the increase of the ash deposition in the dirty unit, the heat radiation and the amount of the condensed steam of the clean unit increase gradually, and the air temperature rise also increases obviously.
