摘要: 针对直接空冷机组受环境因素影响较大的问题,以某电厂300MW直接空冷机组单元为实例,利用数值模拟方法建立了空冷凝汽器单元的计算模型,进而找到环境因素对凝汽器单元流场的影响规律,定量研究了空冷凝汽器换热效率与环境因素的关系,可对凝汽器的优化设计和经济安全运行提供数值参考。

关键词: 直接空冷凝汽器, 数值模拟, 横向风, 流动特性, 换热效率

Abstract: Aiming at the larger influence of the environment factors on the direct air cooled unit, taking the 300MW direct air cooled unit of a power plant as an example, using the numerical simulation method, the computational model of the air cooled condenser unit was established. And further, the law of the influence of environmental factors on the flow field of condenser unit was found. The relation between the heat transfer efficiency of the air cooled condenser and the environmental factors was studied quantitatively. The result in this paper can provide numerical reference for optimized design and economical and safe operation of the condenser.
