摘要: 新疆华电红雁池发电有限责任公司 #2机组凝汽器端差随使用年限的增加不断升高,分析了凝汽器端差升高的原因,提出了对凝汽器铜管进行酸洗镀膜的处理措施,彻底清除了凝汽器内的沉积物,降低了凝汽器端差,提高了机组的效率,降低了发电成本。

Abstract: The condenser terminal difference of unit No.2 in Xinjiang Huadian Hongyanchi Power Plant Corporation Limited was increased along with the service age. In this paper the reasons of the condenser terminal difference rising were analyzed, and the treatment measures using acid cleaning and metallicmembrane plating were put forward. The sediments inside the condenser were removed thoroughly, the terminal difference was lower, therefore the unit efficiency was improved, and the generating cost reduced.
