摘要: 介绍了华电潍坊发电有限公司Ⅱ期2×670MW机组空气预热器自动漏风控制系统的运行情况,针对投入运行以来暴露的问题,增加了空气预热器电流越限后自动漏风控制系统强制提升功能以及最大变形、完全复位保护信号的双重冗余,提高了自动漏风控制系统的可靠性,大大降低了漏风率,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract: The operation of air preheater automatic airleakage control system of the 2×670MW unit in Huadian Weifang Power Generation Corporation Limited project phase II was introduced. Aiming at the problems exposed since it has been put into operation, the automatic airleakage control system had been improved; the air damper compulsively lifting function under the condition of exceed air preheater current was added; the protection signals of maximum distortion and complete reset were doubled redundantly. The reliability of the automatic airleakage control system was enhanced; the air leakage rate was reduced; and the better economical benefit was obtained.
