锅炉再热出口主安全门导汽管弯头漏泄的原因分析

摘要: 对HG-670-13.7-YM9型锅炉再热出口主安全门导汽管弯头频繁发生漏泄原因进行了分析,指出了因温差过大而产生热应力是导致再热出口主安全门导汽管弯头频繁发生漏泄的主要原因,改进后,再热出口主安全门导汽管弯头频繁发生漏泄的现象基本消除。

Abstract: The reasons of frequent leakage occurred in steam lead pipe bend of reheater outlet main security valve in HG-670-13.7-YM9 boiler were analyzed. It was pointed out that the main reason of the frequent leakage occurred in the steam lead pipe bend of reheater outlet main security valve is the thermal stress caused by the excessive temperature difference. After improvement, the leakage fault was eliminated basically. 
