摘要: GE公司生产的S109FA机组 #3轴承振动问题在国内电厂运行中具有一定的普遍性。通过对江苏华电戚墅堰发电有限公司S109FA机组运行中 #3轴承振动特点的分析,得出了88VG风机的轮换在某些条件下会引起 #3轴承振动不稳定的结论,以期对其他电厂解决 #3轴承振动问题有所帮助。

Abstract: The problem of bearing No.3 vibration in the S109FA unit manufactured by GE existed generally in operation of the domestic power plants. The features of the bearing No.3 vibration in operation of the S109FA unit in Jiangsu Huadian Qishuyan Power Generation Company Limited were analyzed. According to the analysis, a conclusion was reached that under certain conditions, the alternation of air fans 88VG may cause unstable vibration of the bearing No.3,and it is expected that the result is helpful for solving the problem of the bearing No.3 vibration.
