超临界机组自动投油稳燃的实现

摘要: 分析了超临界机组除快减负荷(RB)外不同负荷下的投油情况,根据实际情况对磨煤机和变频器的“事故跳闸”判断信号进行了完善,抓住发生灭火和辅机故障事故的预兆,实现自动投油助燃,有效地稳定了锅炉的燃烧,保证了机组的发电量,减小了对电网的扰动。

Abstract: The oil feeding situations of supercritical unit under different load conditions (the runback is excepted.) were analyzed. According to practical situation, the judgment signal of ‘accident trip’ of the coal mill and the frequency converter were perfected. Grasping the accident omens of the fire extinction and faults of auxiliary devices, the automatic oil feeding for combustion supporting was realized; so the combustion of the boiler was stabilized effectively, the unit power generation was ensured, and the disturbance of the unit on the power grid was decreased.
