摘要: 为了降低某电厂厂用电率并提高磨煤机的可靠性,结合其他电厂的经验,分析了磨煤机的运行情况,论述了磨煤机钢球最佳装载量对制粉系统的影响。通过调整钢球装载量,降低了机组电耗,提升了机组运行的经济性。

Abstract: In order to reduce the house service consumption rate of a power plant and to increase the reliability of the coal mill, combining with the experiences of other power plants, the operation of the coal mill was analyzed; and the influences of the optimal steel ball amount loaded in coal mill on the pulverizing system of the unit were expounded. By adjustment of the steel ball amount loaded in the coal mill, the power consumption of the unit was reduced, and the economical efficiency of the unit operation was improved.
