塑膜防漏技术在中型锅炉上的应用

摘要: 巴陵石化公司220t/h锅炉顶部存在严重漏风、漏灰的问题,分析了原有设计的缺陷和新型塑膜防漏密封技术的特点,最终确定采用塑膜防漏技术进行相关改造。改造后消除了锅炉的漏风、漏灰问题,取得了良好的环保、节能及安全效果。该技术采用专用材料和塑性结构设计,为解决类似中型锅炉的漏风、漏灰提供了新的途径。

Abstract: At the top of 220t/h boiler has been problem of gas leakaged and ash leakaged in Baling Petroleum Chemical Company.The characteristic of new plastic film impervious sealing technology and defect of original design were analyzed. After technology was improved, the problem of gas leakaged and ash leakaged were solved, the best effect of environmental protection,energy saving and safe was obtained. This technology by used of specific material and plastic structure design,furnish a new way to resolve the problem of same mediumsize boller gas leakaged and ash leakaged.
