摘要/Abstract

摘要： 分析了清河电厂一期600MW机组( #9机组)HP1103型中速磨煤机外部气封装置漏风的原因，对磨煤机外部气封装置进行了加装复合橡胶密封改造，磨煤机外部气封装置改造后，提高了磨煤机的可靠性及运行经济性，现场环境大为改善。

Abstract: The reasons of air leakage of HP1103 medium speed mill external air sealing device of 600MW unit (No.9) in Qinghe Power Plant project phase I were analyzed. By installation of the compound rubber sealing additionally, the external air sealing device of the mill was reformed. After the reformation, the reliability and the operation economic efficiency of the mill were improved, and the site environment was ameliorated greatly.
