摘要: 在燃煤电厂中,煤种、一次空气系数、锅炉负荷、控制燃烧器配风方式是影响NOx生成的重要因素,实施空气分级燃烧技术,可降低NOx 排放的质量浓度。针对低负荷时旋流水平浓淡燃烧器控制NOx 生成性能较差的问题进行试验分析,通过优化取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: In coalfired power plant, the coal grade, the primary air ratio, the boiler load and the control of air distribution mode of the burners are important factors influencing on the NOx generation. To adopt the airclassified combustion technology can reduce the concentration of NOx emission. In low load condition, the capability of the swirl horizontal concentrateddiluted pulverized coal burner to control NOx generation is poorer, and this problem was analyzed experimentally. Based on optimization, better economical benefit and social effects were obtained.
