燃气轮机清吹时间优化

摘要: 基于调峰电厂快速启动及燃气机组设备防火、防爆的要求,结合机组实际情况,分析了燃气轮机及余热锅炉的实际空间体积、燃气轮机清吹转速时的空气流量和清吹空气置换倍率等数据,重新确认了燃气轮机清吹所需时间。根据最终计算结果,将燃气轮机清吹时间从原来的15min优化至10min,缩短了机组启动时间,加快了调峰电厂的启动速度。

Abstract: According to the requirements of quick starting of the peak shaving power plant and the requirement of fire protection and explosion prevention for the gasfired unit, combining with the practical situation of the unit, some technical data, such as the practical space volume occupied by the gas turbine and the heat recovery boiler, the air flow for purging of the gas turbine at the purging rotate speed, the purging air replacement ratio and so on, were analyzed. The time needed for gas turbine purging was reconfirmed. According to the final calculation result, the gas turbine purging time was shortened from 15min to 10min. The starting time of the unit was shortened, and the startup speed of the peak shaving power plant was improved.

