摘要/Abstract

摘要： 某燃气轮机电厂存在着价值管理与实物管理脱节、管理方式粗放、选用平均年限法计提折旧不能真正体现固定资产的损耗程度等问题，针对上述问题，提出了3项固定资产管理的改进措施，旨在提高燃气轮机电厂资产管理水平。

关键词: 燃气轮机, 固定资产折旧, 平均年限法, 工作量法, 精细化管理

Abstract: Some problems existed in a gas turbine power plant, which include that the value management is out of touch with the physical object management, the management mode is extensive, the straightlinemethod depreciation is used to account the depreciation of the fixed assets, but this method can not really reflect the wastage of the fixed assets. Aiming at abovementioned problems, three improvement measures of fixed assets management were proposed to improve the asset management level of the gas turbine power plant.

