摘要: 摘要:600MW机组因凝结水量变化大致使除氧器上水调门晃动严重,水位调节无法投入自动,由于管路高频振动导致定位器频繁损坏。对凝结水管道振动原因进行了分析,提出了改造方案。改造后,未再发生凝结水量波动而导致上水调门晃动情况,消除了管路高频振动的问题。

Abstract: Abstract:In a 600MW unit, the opening of the water inlet adjusting valve on the deaerator changed rapidly due to serious reduction of the condensate water flow, the automatic water level adjustment function had not been realized, and the positioner was damaged repeatedly due to the highfrequency vibration of the pipeline. The reasons of vibration of the condensate pipeline were analyzed. The reformation scheme was proposed. After the reformation, the rapid change fault of the opening of the water inlet adjustment valve caused by reduction of the condensate water flow did not occur again, and the highfrequency vibration of the pipeline was eliminated.
