330 MW汽轮机低压缸排汽系统优化改造

摘要: 将国电宁夏石嘴山发电有限责任公司330MW汽轮机低压缸实际运行数据与设计指标进行了对比,找出了低压缸排汽通道存在的缺陷,采取了在低压缸排汽通道加装均流装置的改造措施,解决了机组真空度偏低的问题,改造效果良好,经济效益显著。

Abstract: The practice operating date and design index of the low pressure cylinder of 330MW steam turbine generator was compared for the Ningxia Shizuishan Power Generation Corporation Limited of China Guodian Corporation. Defects of gangway for the low pressure cylinder exhaust system was finded.The modification measure was installed the uniform flow device in the low pressure cylinder exhaust passageway was adopted. The problem of low vacuum of the generation unit was solved.This modification measure have been favorable effects and economic marked beneficial result.
