摘要: 介绍了华电青岛发电有限公司针对不同煤种特性,采用锅炉入炉煤掺配掺烧的方法,以提高机组的经济性能。分析了劣质煤成分对锅炉燃烧的影响,从降低挥发分、低热值劣质煤燃烧飞灰含量的角度出发,深入讨论了机组在劣质煤燃烧时的降低飞灰含量的可行性,采取了降低灰分的措施,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract: In Huadian Qingdao Power Generation Company Limited, aiming at the characteristics of different kinds of coal, the asfired coal blending method was adopted to improve the economic efficiency of the unit. The influence of inferior coal component on boiler combustion was analyzed. Starting from the angle of reducing the fly ash content of combustion of inferior coal with low volatile content and low calorific value, the feasibility to reduce the fly ash content of inferior coal combustion in unit was discussed in depth. The measures to reduce the ash content were adopted, and better effect was obtained.
