600MW机组高压加热器出水温度偏高的原因分析及对策

摘要: 某600MW超临界机组运行期间,高压加热器出水温度高出设计值很多。从运行系统和测量回路2个方面进行分析,找出温度偏高的原因是热控测量回路的补偿导线与温度元件型号不一致,导致测量值出现偏差。更换温度元件型号后,测量值恢复正常。

Abstract: During running period of a 600MW supercritical unit, the temperature of output water of the HP heater was much higher than the designed value. The problem was analyzed from the operation system and the measuring circuit, and it was found that the reason of the higher temperature was that the temperature sensing element is not matched with the compensating wire in the measuring circuit, and the measured temperature value was incorrect. The temperature sensing element had been replaced, and the measured temperature became correct.
