生产指标考核系统在1000MW机组的应用和功能开发

摘要: 浙江国华宁海电厂2台1000MW超超临界机组自投运以来,一直存在着主汽温及再热汽温偏低、机组厂用电率居高不下和供电煤耗偏高的问题。通过实施生产指标考核系统,在值际实施小指标竞赛,有效地提高了机组的经济性;通过生产指标考核系统的功能的开发,对机组各系统设备的重要参数进行了实时分析,为运行人员的调整操作提供了依据,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: Since running of two 1000MW ultra supercritical unit, there have always been a serial of problems such as low of main steam temperature,low reheat steam temperature,high of power consumption rate and high of coal consumption in Zhejiang Guohua Ninghai Power Plant.Through the implementation of the production index evaluation system and the small index value competition between teams, unit economy is effectively improved; at the same time, the improvement of the production index evaluation system were the function developmented, the important system equipment parameters were realtime analysis, these provide evidence for the operator work, improve the economy of the unit, and ensure safe and stable operation of the unit good effiect was arrived.
