水电厂集水井控制系统的优化

摘要: 针对河北华电混合蓄能水电有限公司集水井维护中出现的各种问题,对集水井泵动力系统进行了冗余配置,改造了可编程逻辑控制器电源系统并优化了集水井控制流程。改造后的集水井泵从动力系统到控制系统全面实现了冗余配置,可靠性大大提高。

Abstract: Aiming at various problems existing in maintenance of the watercollecting well of Hebei Huadian Hybrid Pumped Storage Hydropower Company Limited, the power system of the watercollecting well was configured redundantly, the power supply system of the programmable logic controller was reformed, and the control process of the watercollecting well was optimized. After the reformation, the power system and the control system of the watercollecting well are all configured redundantly, so the reliability of the system was improved greatly.
