摘要: 摘要:介绍了脱硝系统的工作原理,分析了脱硝系统对锅炉设备和静电除尘器除尘效率的影响,论述了利用选择性催化还原脱硝技术提高静电除尘器除尘效率的可行性。在选用选择性催化还原脱硝技术进行脱硝过程中,逃逸的NH3和SO2催化转化生成的SO3对降低粉尘的比电阻、提高粉尘的黏附性具有一定的益处,理论上可提高静电除尘器的除尘效率。

Abstract: Abstract:The working principle of denitration system was introduced. The influences of the denitration system on the boiler equipments and the dust collection efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator were analyzed. The feasibility of using SCR denitration technology to improve efficiency of electrostatic precipitator was discussed. In operation of SCR dnitration system, the escaped NH3 and SO2 and the SO3 formed in catalytic conversion are useful for reducing the specific resistance of the dust and improve the adhesiveness of the dust, which are useful for improving the efficiency of electrostatic precipitator theoretically.
