摘要： 摘要：利用PI-Process Book实时数据采集系统与Excel进行对接，通过收集数据，对锅炉监控数据与正常值进行比对，从而判定锅炉参数、设备运行是否正常，实现对锅炉实时监控，实现机组连续自动运行、全自动报警以及报警情况记录，为锅炉运行提供设备、参数等异常情况的预报警，为机组事故处理提供更充足的时间。

Abstract: Abstract:The realtime data acquisition system PI-Process Book is combined with Excel. The collected boiler monitorig data are compared with normal value continuously. The results are used to decide if the boiler parameters and the equipment operation are normal. The realtime monitoring of boiler is realized. Then the unit continuous automatic operation, the automatic alarm and alarm record are realized. The system can give prealarm of abnormal situation of boiler equipments and parameters, which provides more sufficient time for unit accident treatment.
