摘要: 摘要:介绍了码头输煤皮带系统工况和现有无功补偿装置运行工况,分析了导致功率因数低的几个因素,指出了有功、无功负载的高低和电动机特性的不同会对系统功率因数有直接的影响。在此基础上,基于深度计算,提出了无功补偿优化配置方案,方案实施后取得了较好的效果。

Abstract: Abstract:The working condition of the wharf coal conveying belt system and the operation status of the existing reactive compensation device were introduced. The several factors leading to lower power factor were analyzed. It was pointed out that the higher or lower active load and reactive load and the differences of the motor characteristics can influence on the power factor of the system directly. Based on this, depending on the deep calculation, an optimal configuration scheme of the reactive compensation was proposed. After the scheme had been implemented, better results were obtained.
