摘要： 摘要：某电厂超临界机组循环水泵大轴发生断裂，造成了重大设备事故。对循环水泵大轴断口进行了光谱、硬度和金相检测，依据检测结果，分析了循环水泵大轴发生断裂的原因，提出了预防措施。

Abstract: Abstract:A fracture accident occurred to major shaft of the circulating water pump for the super critical unit in a power plant. The fracture of major shaft for the circulating water pump was inspected, through spectral analysis and metallography were hardness test. According to the test results, the causes of c major shaft fracture of the circulating pump were analyzed, and relative precautionary measures were put forward.
