摘要: 摘要:介绍了氨-联氨钝化烘干法的保护机制,针对停炉保养过程中联氨质量浓度难以达标的问题,提出了调整设备功能及加药方式等措施。以湖南华电长沙发电有限公司超临界机组为例,给出了停炉保养的实施要点,大修时割管检查数据显示,保养效果良好。

Abstract: Abstract:The protection mechanism of ammoniahydrazine passivation drying method was introduced. It is difficult to keep the mass concentration of the hydrazine in required value during idle boiler preservation. Aiming at above problem, some measures, such as to adjust the equipment function, to improve the chemicals feed mode and others, were proposed. Taking the supercritical unit of Hunan Huadian Changsha Power Generation Company Limited as example, the implementation key points of the idle boiler preservation were given. The tubecut inspection data during overhaul show that the preservation result is favourable.
