某电厂小机进汽切换阀频繁故障原因分析及处理

摘要：某电厂１０００ＭＷ机组小机高压进汽切换阀自２０１０年机组投运以来，经常发生自动开启、关闭不到位、漏油着火等故障；通过对切换阀油动机进行相应升级改造，将油缸进油改为双控、改用可靠性更高的伺服阀等控制方式，有效解决了切换阀存在的问题。

Abstract:

Abstract:In a power plant,faults like valve automatically open,cutoff valve not in place,oil leak and fire always happen in high pressure air intake switching valves of small size steam turbine since the 1000 MW unit was put into operation in 2010.These problems are solved effectively through such control methods as the corresponding upgrade of switching valve servomotor,cylinder oil inlet changing into dual control,and switching to the higher reliable servo valve.
