摘要:

摘要:通过对现有石灰石石膏烟气脱硫系统的调查与研究,介绍了早期的pH计及密度计布置形式、pH计及密度计分开布置的形式、使用循环泵替代石膏排出泵向 pH计及密度计供浆的形式、利用吸收塔浆液自流向pH计及密度计供浆的形式、利用吸收塔液位计的运算替代石膏浆液密度计的形式,从安全运行、节能、维护等方面进行了分析,可供烟气脱硫系统设计及改造时参考。

Abstract:

Abstract:By studying on exiting limestone gypsum flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system,this paper introducedkinds of arrangements of pH
meter and density meter,such as conventional arrangement in the past,pH meter and density meter placed separately,use circulating pump to take place gypsum discharging pump,gypsum slurry flow by gravity from absorb tower to pH and density meter and to calculate gypsum slurry density based on slurry level in the absorb tower.Analysis of these different kinds of arrangement was made from operation safety,energy conservation,ease of maintenance and other aspects.Which can be referred for FGD system design.
