Abstract:

Abstract:A medium speed roller mill is prone to vibration in the process of operation,and the vibration modes are different due to various induced reasons.If the operating condition of the mill is not adjusted in time or some necessary maintenance measures are not taken according to the practical situation in spot,the device could be further damaged by vibration.In order to help engineers to recognize the reason rapidly according to vibration mode and deal with it promptly in the operation and maintenance process,this paper analyzed the vibration modes which induced by different reasons in the operation process of medium speed roller mill,and proposed corresponding treatments and precautionary measures, which are beneficial to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the device.
