摘要：中国华电集团公司1000MW 机组均选用了东方锅炉(集团)股份有限公司LAP17286/2250 型空气预热器，近年来先后发生了3次空气预热器下轴承损坏故障，对故障进行分析并提出了加强基建期备品验收管理、规范技术管理等改进建议，以保证机组安全、稳定运行。

Abstract:

Abstract:The air preheater LAP17286/2250, manufactured by Dongfang Boiler Works Group Corporation Limited, was selected for the 1000MW unit of China Huadian Corporation. The lower bearing damage fault of the air preheater occurred three times for recent years. The fault was analyzed. Some improvement suggestions were proposed, which include to enhance the manaement of spare cceptance check, to normalize the technical management and others. The unit safe and stable operation was ensured.
