摘要:针对某电厂 #5锅炉排烟温度高出设计值40℃的问题,从实际燃煤的煤质、漏风、燃烧情况、受热面清洁程度等方面进行分析,提出了降低排烟温度的控制措施,有效提高了锅炉的效率及经济性。

Abstract:

Abstract:In a power plant, the exhaust gas teperature was higher than designed value by 40℃. Aiming at this problem, the practical coal quality, the air leakage, the combustion situation and the cleanliness of the heating surface were analyzed. The control measures for reducing the exhaust gas temperature were proposed, and the efficiency and economy of the boiler were improved effectively.
