摘要:为解决环境温度达到-20℃及以下时脱硝装置供氨不足的问题,在第1代液氨储罐伴热方案的基础上提出了第2代液氨储罐伴热方案,并将2种方案进行对比。以实际项目为例,指出了第2代液氨储罐伴热方案的特点,可为解决供氨不足的问题提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the insufficient ammonia supply problem of denitration device when the environmental temperature reaches -20 and below,the 2nd generation heat tracing scheme of liquid ammonia tank that base on the 1st generation was proposed. After that,the two kinds of schemes were compared.Taking the actual project as an example,the characteristics of the 2nd generation heat tracing scheme of liquid ammonia tank were pointed out in this paper,which could provide a reference for the solving of the insufficient ammonia supply problem.
