摘要:某电厂凝结水精处理高速混床平均周期制水量和投运初期对比,出现了明显的下降。分析了影响凝结水精处理高速混床周期制水量的因素,指出该电厂精处理系统运行中存在混床交换终点控制不合理、混床树脂填充量不足、阴阳树脂填充比例不合理等问题,提出了更换混床出水水质监控标准、补充树脂的调整措施。调整措施实施后,虽然阴阳树脂的填充比例仍未来得及调整,但各混床的平均周期制水量提高了3万t以上。

Abstract:Compared to initial operation stage, a power plant’s condensation water precision processing high speed mixed bed periodic water production is obviously lower. After analyzed factor could affect water production, authors indicated that the mixed bed exchange terminal control is irrational, mixed bed resin filling reduced, cationanion resin fill proportion is irrational, and other causes. This paper advised to change mixed bed water outlet water quality standard and to adjust resin filling plant. After treatment, even the cationanion resin filling proportion was not adjusted, the periodical water production was increased 30000 tons and above.
