摘要:水冷壁是锅炉的主要蒸发受热面。一旦发生水冷壁爆管而导致停炉,就直接影响发电、供热任务,因此掌握水冷壁爆管原因及预防是极其必要的。针对锅炉水冷壁管发生爆管事故进行原因分析,提出了改进防范措施。

Abstract:Water wall is the main evaporating heating surface of boiler. Once boiler stopped by water wall breakage, power generating and heat supply will be directly affected. Thus to have knowledge of water wall breakage causes and preventive measures is essential. Water wall breakage was analyzed. Preventive measures were provided.
