摘要:某电厂存在低负荷时低压加热器疏水不畅的问题,通过分析其运行数据和设备安装情况可知,低负荷下低压加热器之间压差不足以克服设备之间的阻力。提出了增设疏水泵的改造措施,进一步提出2种不同的改造方案,分析了2种方案的热经济性。

Abstract:A power plant’s drain system was blocked while low load operation. After analyzing operating data and equipment installation, which was known, in low load condition, low pressure difference is not able to overcome the resistance of equipment and level difference. The authors indicated the improvement measurements that to provide additional draining pump. The authors also provided and compared two improvement plan.
