摘要：介绍了一种高温高压阀座的更换工艺,根据该工艺设计出一种新型便携式车削工具，包括刀头、垂直导向内套筒、外套筒、固定法兰、手轮、锁紧抱箍等主要结构。根据阀座的深度和阀座孔内径尺寸，合理调整车刀的水平位置与深度，在电动头驱动下可实现车刀从上至下的螺旋运动，完成整个给水泵汽轮机调门阀座现场车削过程。该工艺降低了操作难度，缩短了更换工期，提高了工作效率。

Abstract:

Abstract:This paper introduced a portable tool to change high temperature and high pressure valve seat. Based on this tool, a new type turning tool, including butter, vertical guide liner, sleeve, fixing flange, hand wheel, lock hoop and other parts, was designed. To adjust position and depth of turning tool per valve seat depth and valve seat hole inner dimension, turning tool will drilling and move vertically to turning on site. This tool requires less operational still, less change term and will increase work efficiency.
