摘要:

褐煤锅炉空预器排烟温度达161℃,不利于节能。基于能量品位梯级利用原理和系统集成方法论,设计实施了尾部烟气余热集成梯级利用系统,与蒸汽回热系统进行耦合优化,排挤高品质抽汽返回汽轮机内继续膨胀做功。相对于将低温省煤器布置在空气预热器出口之后的传统方案,采用梯级利用技术节能优势显著。

Abstract:

Lignite boiler preheater exhaust temperature above 161℃ is not energy efficient. Based on the energy grade gradient utilization principle and methodology of systems integration, system of tail flue gas waste heat integrated gradient utilization was designed and applied. Compared with traditional arrangement, the advantage of gradient utilization technology is significant.
