摘要:

数值模拟是研究工程气固两相流中辅助试验方法的一种强有力的工具,采用数值模拟方法对40t/h循环流化床锅炉的燃烧进行了研究,计算分析了炉内的速度场分布情况。针对气流流场分析结果提出了布风板不均匀进风的措施,并对二次风进口进行了改进。

Abstract:

Numerical simulation is one of the tools to study gassolid two phase flow. The method of numerical simulation was adopted to study the combustion of 40t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler. In furnace velocity field distribution was calculated. The treatment of air distributor uneven air intake was indicated based on the result of air flow field analysis. Secondary air inlet was improved.
