摘要:

利用Gambit软件建立了旋风分离器的模型,对旋风分离器模型进行网格生成。运用数值模拟技术分别对旋风分离器内部的气相流场和气固两相流场进行模拟,观察数值模拟的结果发现,气体进入旋风分离器后速度先增大后减小,之后围绕旋风分离器外部向下运动,运动到旋风分离器底部之后开始沿着相同方向向上运动。此外,旋风分离器内小直径颗粒比大直径颗粒湍动度更大,运动的混乱程度更大,同时分离的难度也在增加。

Abstract:

A model of a cyclone separator is built by using Gambit, and the mesh model of the cyclone separator is generated. By numerical simulation of flow field of cyclone separator are internal gas and gassolid twophase flow simulation, after observing the results of numerical simulation can be found in gas velocity into the cyclone after the first increases and then decreases, then around the external cyclone downward movement after the movement to the bottom of the cyclone separator began to move upward along the same direction. In addition, the smaller diameter particles in the cyclone separator have larger turbulence than the larger diameter particles, and the degree of chaotic motion is greater, and the difficulty of separation is also increasing.
