摘要:

侧煤仓锅炉实际运行中经常发现各燃烧器出口煤粉分配严重不均,即靠近扩建端的各燃烧器煤粉流量大、风速高,而固定端一侧的煤粉流量偏小、风速低。这是导致燃烧不均、一次风管堵塞的主要原因。研究了一种新型的风速调整装置,安装在各一分二分配器后、燃烧器前,有效地对各支管风粉速度进行在线调平,较好地解决了锅炉燃烧不均衡的问题。

Abstract:

It is common that coal powder distribution unbalance of each combustor outlet of side coal bunker boiler. Combustors that closer to extension end have higher coal powder flow rate and higher air velocity. Combustors that closer to fixed end have lower coal powder flow rate and lower air velocity. This is the main cause of uneven combustion and primary air tube blockage. A new type of air velocity adjustment device was introduced. After installed between each distributor and combustor, airpowder velocity of each branch tube was effectively online balanced. The problem of boiler uneven combustion was solved.
