摘要:

数字化电厂以数字化设计移交的图纸与数据成果为基础,采用KKS编码体系和可扩展的数据库设计方式,通过与电厂生产管理系统和信息管理系统的互联互通,全面实现信息共享和高度集成。通过对所积累数据的深度挖掘、分析,加强对信息的有效利用,提升电厂的数字化优化运行能力、数字化管理水平和决策支持能力。通过对运行检修的三维可视化管理,提升各环节的协同运作水平,提高电厂整体运行的安全性、可靠性、经济性,促进电厂一步步向节能、减排、绿色、环保方向发展。

Abstract:

Based on digital design and data achievement, the digital power plant is using KKS coding system and extendible database design, based on the intercommunication between the production management system and the information management system, to implement the information sharing and integration. Through exploration and indepth analysis of the accumulated data and making good use of the information, the level of the digital optimization, digital management,and policy support will be greatly enhanced. The 3D visualization management on overhaul and operation maintenance, and the improvement in the level of collaboration in each link will enable the enhancement of safety, reliability, and the economy of the power plant and promote the energy saving, emission reduction, green environmental protection.
