摘要:

火电厂锅炉运行不当时受热面管子会发生长时超温或短时超温引发的爆管。分析了一起锅炉受热面爆管处理后,其他受影响部位在运行中出现二次泄漏的事例。采用宏观检查、材质分析、金相分析等方法对二次泄漏处焊缝组织及附近管样进行分析,泄漏的原因为首次爆管时,二次泄漏处角焊缝受到较大的交变应力影响,锅炉启动后即在角焊缝熔合区发生二次泄漏。爆管后应对相关金属部件进行全面的无损检测,以消除隐患。

Abstract:

Thermal power plant boilers heatabsorbing tube sometimes may explode due to long overtemperature or shortterm overheating in the daily operation. This paper analyzes the case that after the analysis and solution of the explosion of the heatabsorbing tube, other place which had been affected by the proexplosion had been damaged by a sudden secondleakage. By means of macro analysis, material analysis, metallographic analysis and other methods, the weld organization where the leakage was caused and the nearby tube samples were analyzed. The reason for the second leakage is due to the large burst stress at the fillet weld at the upper header after the first burst, and the secondary leakage from the fillet weld zone occurred after the start of boiler. Therefore, after the treatment of bursting tube, a nondestructive testing should be made on relevant metal parts comprehensively to eliminate hidden dangers.
