摘要:

回龙抽水蓄能电站上库库盆采用混凝土面板和挂网喷混凝土面层两种组合的全封闭防渗措施,水库蓄水后渗漏量较大,采取了聚氯乙烯(PVC)喷涂+砂浆保护方案。电站运行多年后,PVC防水层严重老化,防渗效果逐渐下降,经过多次试验论证,最终确定了以高强水泥砂浆作基层,再喷涂单组分聚脲的防渗方案。

Abstract:

Huilong Pumpedstorage Hydropower Plant take the combination of concrete slabs and shotcrete layer with net as reservoir’s fullclosed seepage control measures。After the severe leakage of reservoirs, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coating+mortar protection scheme should be adopted. After years of operation, with the serious aging of PVC waterproof layer, seepage control effect decline gradually.  Tests demonstrate that with high strength cement mortar as understructure, spraying singlecomponent polyurea control is a successful measure.
