Influence of the dosage of excitant on the strength and curing Pb2+ properties of the material based on CFBC ash geopolymer

摘要:

为有效利用大量堆存的循环流化床燃煤固硫灰,以固硫灰为原料制备固硫灰基地质聚合物。开展了碱性激发剂掺量对地质聚合物强度影响的研究,并利用感应耦合等离子体法研究了地质聚合物对Pb2+的固化性能。研究结果表明:激发剂中n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)为0.27时,固硫灰基地质聚合物强度达到最高值,n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)高于0.27时,强度几乎不变;固硫灰基地质聚合物固化Pb2+的能力随着激发剂掺量的增加而提高。

Abstract:

The utilization of a large amount of deposited coal ash from circulating fluidized bed, which is the CFBC ash geopolymer by using CFBC ash as raw material. The study is carried out for the effects of alkaline excitation agent on the strength of the geopolymer, and the curing properties of Pb2+ with inductively coupled plasma method. Research results show that when the excitant of n(Na2O)/n(SiO2) is 0.27, the CFBC ash geopolymer's intensity reaches maximum, when n(Na2O)/n(SiO2) is higher than 0.27, the intensity is almost constant, the solidify of Pb2+ with CFBC ash geopolymer grows with the increase of the amount of excitant.
