摘要:

华电莱州发电有限公司一期选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝装置投运后空预器堵灰不断加剧,造成风机电耗、空预器烟气侧、一/二次风侧差压等增大,使机组的经济性不断下降,同时降低了机组出力。通过分析空预器堵灰原因,并提出一些预防措施,进而提高机组经济性。

Abstract:

Huadian Laizhou Power Generation Company Limitied a phase of the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration device parameter is rising air preheater plugging ash.Which results in the increase in the electrical assumption of the fan, and the pressure difference between the preheater gas outlet and the primary and secondary air outlet. This would cause the decrease in the economy of the unit and unit output. In this paper, the cause of ash blocking has been analyzed, and the precautionary measures are presented to improve the economy or the unit.
