摘要:

以某电厂吸收塔改造为例,在原吸收塔内采用除雾器的差异化布置改造方案,按照除雾器流场模拟计算结果进行设备布置。改造完成后,净烟气雾滴排放质量浓度小于20mg/m3,完全达到国家超低排放标准的要求。

Abstract:

Taking a FGD (fluegas desulfurization) technical reform in a thermal power plant as an example, the transformation scheme of the differentiator in the original absorber was adopted, and the equipment layout was carried out according to the simulation results of the mist eliminator. After the completion of the transformation, the emission quality of net flue gas droplets is less than 20mg/m3, which fully meets the requirements of the country’s ultralow emission standards.
